Heat Wave, Sweat ‘n’ Cookies

We just made it through the first heat wave of 2012 in Boston. Two days with temperatures close to 100. Nasty, nasty heat. Those days when you’re happy you can be in your air-conditioned office. Or NOT in Bangkok or Vietnam with no escape from the heat.

Sweating in Halong Bay, Vietnam. Can you tell?

Schwitzen in der Halong-Bucht, Vietnam. Sieht man’s?

What do you do? Turn up the AC or how about some “organic” cookies?

Was kann man tun?

i’ve heard of this method of making cookies – but haven’t yet tried it. i bet it would smell AMAZING when you first get into the car!

well, they might not be completely cooked, and i hear salmonella is a great weight loss agent – but they would taste great!
